Important Information

Group admission: £22 per person (Adults & Children). Visitors with additional needs requiring 1:1 support receive a complimentary carer ticket (paperwork required).
Your admission includes: World of Animals, World of Dinosaurs, Daily Keeper Talks, World of Birds Display, Outdoor Play Areas.
Group rates do not include access to Tumble Jungle Soft Play or Boulders Beach.
Bookings must be made at least 3 weeks in advance.
Final numbers must be confirmed 3 weeks prior to visit; invoice raised on confirmed numbers. Payment required before visit.
Hertfordshire Zoo is a cashless site (no American Express).
After confirmation, up to two staff members may visit free for a risk assessment.
