  • Group admission: £22 per person (Adults & Children). Visitors with additional needs requiring 1:1 support receive a complimentary carer ticket (paperwork required).
  • Your admission includes: World of Animals, World of Dinosaurs, Daily Keeper Talks, World of Birds Display, Outdoor Play Areas.
  • Group rates do not include access to Tumble Jungle Soft Play or Boulders Beach.
  • Bookings must be made at least 3 weeks in advance.
  • Final numbers must be confirmed 3 weeks prior to visit; invoice raised on confirmed numbers. Payment required before visit.
  • Hertfordshire Zoo is a cashless site (no American Express).
  • After confirmation, up to two staff members may visit free for a risk assessment.
